Below are the seating recommendations for each size table, the higher number being the maximum number of guests that can sit at the table. The lower number is recommend maximum for formal sit down meals, with lots of space being required for plates, glasses etc.

The most versatile and affordable option for table hire is without a doubt the round table. With a sturdy wooden top, foldable legs and comfortably the round table is great for events with lots of attendees. I Need the Tables to be Delivered to my Event! Can You Help?
Yes, we can! P&W Event Hire are able to offer very affordable delivery rates for all of our items. We do not require a minimum order of tables or any other equipment. If you are hiring a marquee with us already then we can arrange delivery and set up of furniture and other equipment along with the marquee. If you are not hiring a marquee with us, that’s fine too! Contact us today, we will ask you some key questions about your event and give you some advice on how many tables you are likely to need and a price for hire and delivery.
Should I Buy, or Hire, Tables for my Event?
Buying the right tables for your event can end up being a very costly and time-consuming idea. If you are likely to use the tables a number of times (and quite regularly) then purchasing could be a good option. However, if you are using them only once (or even once a year or similar), you’ll need to take into account things like storage costs and transportation hire, as well as the genuine possibility that you won’t be able to sell them on when you are finished with them.
